Energy Efficient Lighting & Controls Upgrades

Given the many ways to conserve energy, lighting often represents the “low-hanging fruit” because the payback on investment happens quickly.

The upgrade begins with a site visit so we can inventory all the light fixtures in the space and their corresponding characteristics. We will use this information to perform a financial and energy analysis and produce a report that contains a baseline summary of the lighting-related electrical consumption and operating expenses. The report will also contain a recommended solution for a lighting & controls upgrade that meets or exceeds code. Where applicable, the report will show potential energy savings, financial savings, and rebates offered by the utility and other granting agencies that could offset the cost of the upgrade.
