OUR SERVICES
Bright Energy Services (BES) is a New York City energy efficiency retrofit and electrification advisory and implementation firm focused on multifamily buildings. Over more than a decade, the company has developed long-standing relationships with ownership groups and property management firms throughout NYC, spanning multiple buildings and portfolios. A core part of the business has been executing projects in occupied apartment buildings, where coordination, tenant considerations, and operational constraints are critical.
Historically, the company has supported clients through earlier phases of efficiency, electrification, and compliance, including LED lighting retrofits, controls upgrades, and EV charging installations. These engagements have led to repeat work across portfolios and positioned the firm as a trusted partner within client organizations.
